We deliver within the United Kingdom only, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard delivery costs £3.95 and is free when your order total is £50 or more after any discounts.
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Your dispatch email includes tracking when available.
Check your address before paying and email scentdrop.uk@gmail.com promptly if it needs correcting. If your parcel is late, missing, damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number. Please keep the packaging and, where possible, send photographs so we can investigate quickly. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you nominate, receive the parcel. A carrier investigation does not remove your statutory rights.
