Email scentdrop.uk@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your order to cancel. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason.
Please keep samples unused, with their caps, labels and packaging intact where possible. Opening the outer delivery parcel alone does not cancel your rights. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the goods. Spraying, decanting, diluting or contaminating a sample may cause such a loss. We do not apply a blanket “no returns” rule to all decants.
Return to Scent Drop, Orchard House, Water Lane, Leatherhead, KT23 3QH, United Kingdom. Please contact us for safe return instructions before posting fragrance. Pack securely and use a carrier that accepts perfume; keep proof of posting. You pay change-of-mind return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence you sent them, whichever is earlier. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if practical, photographs of the item and packaging. Reporting delivery damage on the day helps us investigate, but it is not a condition of your statutory rights. Do not post broken glass until we provide instructions. Goods must be satisfactory, fit for purpose and as described; your statutory remedies remain available.
